"We were shopping around for garage door replacements. Called a few other companies and decided to go through Costco and see what they had to offer. They took my info down and within a day I received a call from Bill with Action Door Service. We set up an appointment 2 days later. Bill was on time and friendly. He told us his process on how he takes measurements and looks at existing doors and openers. Then was start reviewing all the options, color, equipment needed. Bill brought out pictures and brochures. He then wrote up an estimate and also reviewed warranty and Costco pricing. It was so easy and what sold us was Bill who was so informative and friendly. Costco followed up with the purchase and stated once Action Door received product they would set up an appointment. Got an appointment early then the forecasted date. VERY PLEASED! Bryon and Janet"

"Action recently installed a double garage door for me in Rescue, Ca. on a steel garage, via Costco. It was nothing fancy, but insulated. I was impressed with David, he came out to give me the estimate. He knew his sh*t , had a quote notebook with him where you could ad features or not, and for the most part he knew the prices just from opening this book so many times. He's been there a while. Was very friendly, non pushy, whatever you wanted no problem. Took notes gave me an email quote(s) the next day. It was a good price. I had gotten another quote for the exact same door from another place but I wasn't really impressed with the salesman-who seemed like a salesman, whereas David had done installs too. In fact he was the installer with a helper. I would absolutely go with them again, they've been around for a while. For the record, this is the 1st review I've ever done, and I've been on the internet since 1995. Mitch"
